What is the VOOPOO Drag 4?

The Drag 4 is the fourth-generation dual-battery Drag box mod, sold as a kit with VOOPOO’s UFORCE-L sub-ohm tank. With two 18650 cells it reaches 177W, and a TC mode lets you run temperature control with suitable coil wire. The mod mixes zinc alloy and leather with a resin or wood-look panel.

It is built for direct-lung vaping with low-resistance coils and lower-strength freebase e-liquid. The kit is sold as empty hardware: no e-liquid, nicotine or batteries are included.

Which Batteries Does the Drag 4 Need?

The Drag 4 needs two 18650 batteries, sold separately. Use authentic, high-drain 18650 cells from a recognised battery maker, buy them as a matched pair, and always charge and replace them together. Never use cells with torn wraps. You can charge in the device over USB Type-C at 5V/3A, but an external charger is kinder to the cells. Do not carry loose cells in a pocket with keys or coins, and never leave the mod in a hot car.

UFORCE-L Tank and PnP Coils

The UFORCE-L tank holds 5.5ml, is made from stainless steel and Pyrex glass, and has adjustable top airflow. VOOPOO says it takes all PnP coils. Two come in the box:

• PnP-TW15 (0.15Ω): for the highest wattage and densest clouds.
• PnP-TW20 (0.2Ω): slightly cooler and easier on e-liquid and battery.

UAE Rules for Mods and E-Liquid

The Drag 4 is sold empty, so it contains no nicotine. The rules apply to the e-liquid you fill it with. Electronic nicotine products in the UAE must meet UAE.S 5030:2018, which caps e-liquid nicotine at 20mg/mL (2%). Drag 4 vs Drag 5 vs Drag 6

The newer Drag 5 has the same power and battery type with a GENE TT 2.0 chip and costs less. The Drag 6 has a built-in battery. The Drag 4 is the one to choose for its wood and resin finishes.

How to Use the Drag 4

1. Insert two charged 18650 cells the right way round.
2. Fit a PnP coil into the UFORCE-L tank and drip a few drops of e-liquid onto the exposed cotton.
3. Fill the tank and wait about five minutes.
4. Screw the tank onto the mod and set a low wattage.
5. Adjust the top airflow and raise the wattage slowly within the coil’s range.

Troubleshooting

• Burnt taste: the coil was not primed, or the wattage is too high.
• “No atomizer”: check the tank is screwed down and the coil is pushed in fully.
• Short battery life: the cells may be old or mismatched. Replace them as a pair.
• Spitback: do not overfill, and open the airflow.
