Vapor AE delivers across all seven emirates of the UAE. This page explains delivery times, charges and payment options. For age checks on delivery, see our Delivery & Age Policy.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain), Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not ship outside the UAE.

Deliveries run from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Orders placed close to closing time may be delivered the next day. For Express delivery, message us on WhatsApp after ordering.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery on orders over AED 350
- AED 25 standard delivery on orders below AED 350
- Express delivery carries an extra charge, which we confirm with you before dispatch

Possible Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Heavy traffic (for example around Al Barsha, Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Downtown, Deira and Bur Dubai), peak hours, bad weather, public holidays and stock collection can add time. If your order is delayed, our team will update you.
Age Check on Delivery
We sell only to adults aged 18 and over. The delivery partner may ask for ID before handing over your order, and orders where age cannot be confirmed will not be delivered.
Failed Deliveries
Please give a full address and a mobile number you will answer. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order returns to us and we will contact you to rearrange.
