This Privacy Policy explains how Vapor AE (vaporae.com) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you browse our website, place an order or contact us. Vapor AE is an online vape retailer based in Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, selling to adults aged 21 and over only.

1. Information We Collect

  • Order and delivery details — your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and any delivery notes you give us at checkout.
  • Account details — if you create an account: your username, email address and order history. Guest checkout is also available.
  • Order information — the products you buy, order value, payment method chosen and delivery status.
  • Messages — what you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email when you ask for help.
  • Technical data — your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

We do not store full card numbers on our website. Online payments are processed by the payment provider through a secure payment link.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns and meet UAE legal, tax and accounting requirements. Account data is kept until you ask us to close the account. After that, information is deleted or anonymised.

In line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
  • Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
  • Delete your information where we no longer need to keep it

7. Under-18s

Our website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run the store. No system is completely secure, so please keep your account password private.
