We deliver across all seven Emirates. Regular delivery arrives within 24 hours anywhere in the UAE. Dubai addresses can upgrade to 2-hour Express delivery, and Sharjah addresses to 4-hour Express delivery, both selectable at checkout. Delivery is free on orders over AED 350.

2. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer are available for orders across all seven Emirates. Card payment is available for orders in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman only.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours and may go through payment verification, stock checks and age verification before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends, UAE public holidays, or outside business hours may take longer to process.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

A delivery may be refused if age verification cannot be completed, the delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible, or the order cannot be delivered after multiple reasonable attempts. If a delivery fails, our support team will review the order and advise on next steps.
