Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and choose a payment method. You can also message us on WhatsApp if you would like help ordering.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account at checkout to see your order history later.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payment on delivery is available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Cash on delivery and bank transfer (online payment link) are available in all seven emirates.

Is it safe to pay?

Yes. Our website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection and we never store card numbers on our site. Card payments are taken on delivery by terminal, and online payments go through the payment provider’s secure link.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number.

Delivery

How fast is delivery?

Standard delivery arrives within 24 hours anywhere in the UAE. Paid Express delivery arrives within 2 hours in Dubai and within 4 hours in Sharjah.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders over AED 350. Orders below AED 350 have a standard delivery charge of AED 25. Express delivery has an extra charge, confirmed before dispatch.

What are your delivery hours?

Deliveries run from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Orders placed close to closing time may arrive the next day.

Which emirates do you deliver to?

All seven: Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain), Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

No. We deliver within the UAE only.

How do I track my order?

Enter your order number and email on our Order Tracking page, or message us on WhatsApp.

Age & Legal

What is the minimum age to buy?

You must be 18 or older. We may ask for ID before dispatch or on delivery, and orders where age cannot be confirmed are not delivered.

Is vaping legal in the UAE?

Yes. Vaping has been legal in the UAE since 2019 for adults, and products must meet the UAE.S 5030:2018 standard. Read our guide: Is vaping legal in Dubai and the UAE?

What is the nicotine limit in the UAE?

E-liquid nicotine is capped at 20mg/mL (2%) under UAE rules. Each of our product pages states whether that product is within the limit.

Products & Returns

Are your products genuine?

Yes. We sell only genuine, manufacturer-made products. Many can be verified with the brand’s own scratch code, and a confirmed fake is replaced free. See our Authenticity Guarantee.

Can I return a vape?

Damaged, faulty, wrong or missing items are replaced, exchanged or refunded. For hygiene reasons, opened or used disposables, pods, coils and e-liquids cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Refund and Returns Policy.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo, and keep the packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.
