What “Founder & Product Specialist” Means Here

The two halves of the title reflect two different responsibilities. As Founder, I’m accountable for what the business sells and how it represents those products — the catalogue currently spans five categories (disposable vapes, pod systems, pod & coil replacements, e-liquid and accessories) across more than 25 brands, and the buck for its accuracy stops with me. As Product Specialist, I do the actual day-to-day work of checking specifications, tracking UAE compliance requirements and writing or reviewing the content published on this site. It’s one person doing both jobs, which is also why I can speak plainly here about what our review process is and isn’t — there’s no separate marketing team writing copy I don’t see.

What I Do at Vapor AE

My work covers the catalogue end to end, not just the writing:

  • Reviewing and verifying product specifications against manufacturer data before a listing goes live — puff counts, nicotine strengths, battery capacities and similar figures are checked, not assumed.
  • Keeping pricing, stock status and delivery information accurate and current, so what a page states matches what’s actually available to order.
  • Checking new and existing listings against UAE vaping regulations, including MoIAT/ECAS certification requirements and the 20mg/mL nicotine cap under UAE.S 5030:2018.
  • Writing and reviewing the product pages, comparisons and buying guides published on this site, from the first draft through to what you’re reading now.

My Role in This Site’s Content

When a page carries my byline, it means I’ve checked it against the site’s editorial standards before it went live: the specifications are verified, the UAE compliance facts are accurate, and the content doesn’t overstate what it’s based on. The byline block at the bottom of a reviewed page shows my name and the date it was last reviewed — not the date it was first published — so you can tell whether the information in front of you is current. If a page is corrected later, that date updates too.

Our Approach to Accuracy

Where a manufacturer hasn’t published a spec for a product, we say so directly — you’ll see “Not confirmed by manufacturer” on a spec line rather than a guessed number. Every product page also links to our Authenticity Guarantee and Responsible Vaping Health Disclaimer, and all vape products on this site are restricted to customers 21 and older. Every product page, comparison and buying guide on Vapor AE is held to the same standards: manufacturer data first, UAE rules stated plainly with no compliance claims above the nicotine cap, regulatory statements traced to a named primary source, genuine drawbacks listed alongside strengths, and no fabricated ratings or brand-specific claims. Why This Page Exists

A site that sells the products it writes about has an obvious reason to only say good things, so we think it matters to be specific about who’s actually behind the content and how they check it, rather than leaving reviews and guides anonymous.
