1. Who We Are

3. Our Products

Most products we sell contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. They are intended only for adults who already smoke or vape, and are not sold as a medicine or stop-smoking treatment. Please read our Responsible Vaping & Health Disclaimer before use.

We take care to describe products accurately using manufacturer information. Where a manufacturer has not published a specification, we say so rather than guess. 4. Prices and Orders

  • Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm and dispatch it.
  • We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, payment fails, or the order appears fraudulent or underage. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
  • You can change or cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Using Our Website

Please do not misuse the website, including by trying to access it without authorisation, interfering with how it works, or posting reviews or comments that are false, offensive, unlawful or infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove such content. Website content, including text and images, belongs to Vapor AE or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Our Responsibility

To the extent allowed by UAE law, Vapor AE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm caused by using a product other than as the manufacturer intends. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
