What is the XROS Pro?

The XROS Pro is the feature-packed model of the earlier XROS generation. It adds a screen with a puff counter, RGB lighting, and a fire button that slides to lock, so it will not fire in a pocket. You can fire it by drawing or by pressing the button, and you set the power in fine 0.5W steps. It takes 3ml XROS series pods, and the standard kit ships with two 0.4Ω mesh pods for a looser, restricted direct-lung draw.

The kit is sold as empty hardware: no e-liquid or nicotine is included.

Which Pods Fit the XROS Pro?

The XROS Pro uses XROS series pods. The standard kit includes two 0.4Ω mesh pods; the USA version includes 0.6Ω and 1.0Ω. As a guide:

• 0.4Ω: a looser RDL draw at higher power, for lower-strength freebase.
• 0.6Ω: a warmer draw between MTL and RDL.
• 1.0Ω: a tight MTL draw for nicotine salts.

For spares, see our Vaporesso XROS series pods (4-pack).

Battery and Charging

The 1200mAh battery charges over USB Type-C at 2A. With 0.4Ω pods at higher power, it drains faster than with MTL pods. Do not leave the kit charging in a hot car or in direct sun.

Best E-Liquid for the XROS Pro

With the 0.4Ω pods in the standard box, choose a lower-strength freebase e-liquid. With 0.6–1.0Ω pods, nicotine salts give a smooth MTL draw. Browse our UAE e-liquids.

UAE Rules for Pod Kits and E-Liquid

The XROS Pro is sold empty, so it contains no nicotine. The rules apply to the e-liquid you fill it with. Electronic nicotine products in the UAE must meet UAE.S 5030:2018, which caps e-liquid nicotine at 20mg/mL (2%). From 1 September 2026, a minimum excise price of AED 1 per mL of e-liquid also applies. Sale is restricted to adults 21 and over. See our guide to vaping laws in Dubai and the UAE.

XROS Pro vs Newer XROS Kits

At the same price, the XROS 6 has a bigger battery and is lighter. The XROS Pro stands out for its slide-lock button, RGB lighting and puff counter.

How to Use the XROS Pro

1. Charge the kit over USB Type-C before first use.
2. Fill a pod, leaving a little space, and wait about five minutes after fitting it.
3. Slide the fire button to unlock.
4. Set the power in 0.5W steps and adjust the airflow.
5. Draw to fire, or press the button.

Troubleshooting

• Device does not fire: check the fire button is slid to unlock.
• Burnt taste: the coil was not soaked, or the power is too high.
• Leaking: do not overfill, and keep the kit upright when stored.
• Flavour fading: replace the pod.

Who the XROS Pro Suits

It suits vapers who like a screen, a lockable fire button and fine power control in an XROS kit. For the most battery at the same price, the XROS 6 is the better value.
