What is the Geekvape Zeus Sub Ohm Tank?

The Zeus Sub Ohm is the full-size tank in Geekvape’s Zeus (Z) family. It takes the idea that made Zeus rebuildable tanks popular, top-to-bottom airflow, and pairs it with ready-made mesh coils, so you get the leak resistance without building your own coils. Air enters at the top and flows down to the coil, which means there are no holes at the base for e-liquid to escape. That makes it a reliable choice for carrying in a pocket or bag, even in the UAE heat.

Which Coils Does the Zeus Sub Ohm Use?

0.2Ω Mesh Z2 (70–80W)

The fitted coil. It is made for direct-lung vaping with the airflow open, giving big, warm vapour. Start at 70W and raise slowly.

0.4Ω Mesh Z1 (60–70W)

The spare coil runs at slightly lower power with denser, cooler vapour, and it is a little easier on your battery and e-liquid. Many people prefer it for flavour.

Replace a coil when the flavour turns muted or burnt, or when the tank starts to gurgle.

Which Mods Does It Fit?

The Zeus Sub Ohm has a standard 510 thread and a 26mm base, so it sits best on box mods that are at least 26mm wide. It needs a mod that can deliver 60–80W comfortably, which usually means a single 18650/21700 mod or a dual-battery mod. The Geekvape Max100 (Aegis Max 2) and Aegis Legend 5 are two mods from our range with the power to run it. If you use removable batteries, choose cells with a proper current rating, such as the EFEST 18650 3000mAh.

How to Fill, Prime and Clean the Zeus Sub Ohm

1. Unscrew or slide open the top cap and fill slowly down the side of the glass, keeping e-liquid out of the centre chimney.
2. Fill to just below the top and close the cap.
3. With a new coil, wait about five minutes so the cotton fully soaks.
4. Set the airflow and start at the low end of the coil’s wattage range.
5. Refill before the level drops below the coil’s wicking holes.

To change a coil, empty the tank, unscrew the base, swap the coil and re-prime. Rinse parts in warm water when changing flavours and let them dry fully. The spare glass and o-rings in the box let you replace a cracked glass or worn seal.

Best E-Liquid for the Zeus Sub Ohm

Use a freebase e-liquid with a high VG content (70/30 or higher) at a low strength such as 3mg. At 60–80W this tank produces a lot of vapour, so strong nicotine salts would be far too harsh.
