VOOPOO PnP X Pods — Specifications

Capacity, fill, material, versions and compatibility are from VOOPOO’s own PnP X Cartridge listing.

DTL vs MTL: Which PnP X Pod Should You Choose?

The two versions look alike but are built for different draws and take different coils.

DTL version

The DTL pod has a wider, fixed drip tip for open, direct-to-lung vaping with big vapour. VOOPOO says it accepts all PnP X series coils, including the lowest resistances. Choose it if you vape at higher wattage with 3mg freebase.

MTL version

The MTL pod has a replaceable 510 drip tip, so you can fit a narrower tip for a tighter draw. It only takes the PnP X 0.3Ω and 0.6Ω coils. Choose it for a restricted, cigarette-like draw at lower wattage.

Which Devices Do PnP X Pods Fit?

VOOPOO lists the PnP X cartridge for the VOOPOO Drag S2 and VOOPOO Drag X2 kits. PnP X pods are a different size from the older 4.5ml Drag X/S PnP pods, which fit the original Drag X and Drag S. If you are not sure which you have, check the model name on your device.

Which Coils Do You Need?

The pods do not include coils. Use VOOPOO PnP X replacement coils, which we stock in 0.15Ω, 0.2Ω, 0.3Ω and 0.6Ω:

• 0.15Ω and 0.2Ω: high-wattage direct-lung coils. DTL pod only.
• 0.3Ω: a middle ground for looser restricted-lung or direct-lung vaping. Fits both pods.
• 0.6Ω: the lowest-power option, for a restricted draw with the MTL pod or a gentler DTL setup. Fits both pods.

Start at the low end of the wattage range printed on each coil and raise it slowly.

How to Fill and Prime a PnP X Pod

1. Push a PnP X coil into the base of the pod until it seats firmly.
2. Drip a few drops of e-liquid onto the coil’s exposed cotton.
3. Open the side-fill port and fill slowly to just below the top, then close it.
4. Wait about five minutes so the cotton soaks through.
5. Click the pod into your Drag S2 or X2 and start at a low wattage.

Change the coil, not the pod, when the flavour fades; the pod itself can be reused for a long time. Rinse it in warm water when you change flavours and let it dry completely before refilling.

Best E-Liquid for PnP X Pods

With low-resistance coils in the DTL pod, use a freebase e-liquid with a higher VG ratio at around 3mg. With the 0.6Ω coil in the MTL pod, a thinner freebase or a lower-strength salt works well. Strong salts at high wattage are harsh and are not recommended.

The pods contain no nicotine. Under UAE.S 5030:2018, e-liquid nicotine in the UAE is capped at 20mg/mL (2%). Some e-liquids on the market are stronger, and each of our product pages states the strength. Browse our UAE e-liquids.
