Vaporesso GT Coils Key Features

Which GT coil?

Coil	Resistance	Wattage
GT CCELL	0.5Ω	25–35W
GT CCELL2	0.3Ω	35–40W
GT2	0.4Ω	40–80W
GT6	0.2Ω	40–100W
GT4	0.15Ω	30–70W
GT8	0.15Ω	50–110W
GT Mesh	0.18Ω	50–85W

The GT CCELL coils use a ceramic core and run at lower power (25–40W) for a cooler, flavour-focused vape. The GT2 and GT6 are all-rounders. The GT4, GT8 and GT Mesh are high-power cloud coils. Always stay within the range printed on the coil.

How long does it last?

It depends on how much you vape, the power you use and your e-liquid. Sweet dessert and candy e-liquids clog coils faster than tobacco or menthol flavours. Replace a coil when the flavour turns flat or burnt, or the vapour thins; replace a pod when it cracks, leaks or no longer seats firmly.

Priming

Before first use, drip a few drops of e-liquid onto any exposed cotton, fit it, fill and wait about five minutes. A dry first puff burns the cotton and cannot be undone.

Which Tanks Do GT Coils Fit?

SourceMore lists GT coils for the Vaporesso NRG and SKRR tanks, with the GT4 Mesh also fitting the SWAG II kit. They are not the same as GTX coils, which fit Vaporesso pod mods such as the GEN and Luxe series.

How to Use the Vaporesso GT Coils

Unscrew the old coil from the tank base.
Drip a few drops of e-liquid onto the cotton through the coil holes.
Screw in the new coil and fill the tank.
Wait about five minutes for the cotton to soak.
Start at the low end of the coil’s wattage range and raise slowly.

Best E-Liquid for the GT Coils

GT coils are sub-ohm coils for direct-lung vaping. Use low-strength freebase e-liquid, such as 3mg, with a high-VG blend. Do not use nicotine salts at these powers. Browse our UAE e-liquids.

Troubleshooting

Burnt taste: the cartridge was not soaked long enough, or it ran dry. A burnt coil cannot be recovered, so fit a new cartridge and wait about five minutes after filling.
No vapour when drawing: check the battery, make sure the cartridge is seated firmly, and wipe the contacts dry.
Gurgling or e-liquid in the mouthpiece: the cartridge may be overfilled or the device was left in the heat. Remove the cartridge, blow gently through the mouthpiece, and store the device upright.
Leaking: check the fill port is closed firmly and that the cartridge has no cracks.

Buying Tips

Check your device model before ordering; cartridges and coils are made for specific devices, and similar names are not always interchangeable.
Order spares before you run out. A cracked cartridge or burnt coil with no spare leaves you unable to vape.
Buy e-liquid at the same time to use one delivery and reach the free-delivery threshold of AED 350 sooner.
Store spares cool and dry, away from direct sun.

Storing Spares in the UAE Heat

Keep unopened coils and pods in their packaging, somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sun. Heat can dry the cotton in coils and thin e-liquid in filled pods, which leads to leaks. Never leave filled pods in a parked car; if a pod has been in the heat, let it cool to room temperature before you vape. Check the resistance printed on each coil before fitting it, as similar coils can look alike.

Running Costs

Replacement coils and pods, plus a bottle of e-liquid, usually cost far less per week than buying disposables, and you keep your favourite device. Order spares before you run out, so a burnt coil never leaves you without a replacement.

UAE Rules for the GT Coils

The GT Coils is sold empty, with no e-liquid or nicotine included, so the rules apply to what you fill it with. Electronic nicotine products in the UAE must meet UAE.S 5030:2018, which caps e-liquid nicotine at 20mg/mL (2%). From 1 September 2026, a minimum excise price of AED 1 per mL also applies to e-liquid. Sale is restricted to adults 21 and over. See our guide to vaping laws in Dubai and the UAE.
