FAQs

Q: What nicotine strength should I use?
A: Keep it at or under 20mg/mL to stay within the UAE’s nicotine cap, even though the device itself can handle higher-strength e-liquids.

Q: How do I check the e-liquid level?
A: The full-view cartridge lets you see the remaining liquid at a glance, without removing the pod.
