After filling, close the port and wipe any e-liquid off the outside before you fit the pod into the Riil X, because residue on the contacts can stop the device firing.

When you change coils, rinse the pod with warm water and let it dry completely. A damp pod dilutes fresh e-liquid and can cause gurgling. Store the pod upright, and keep the Riil X away from direct sun and hot cars, since heat thins e-liquid and makes leaks more likely.
