How to Check a Vozol Security Code Is Genuine
A Vozol security code check is done on the brand own website, not on a retailer page. This guide sets out what the official Vozol verification page says, based on the page as we read it on 7 November 2026, and where it stops. Follow the live page, because the brand can change the process.

Find the anti-counterfeiting label
The Vozol product verification page (vozol.com/new-version) begins by telling you to find the anti-counterfeiting label on the packaging box. It then describes two methods. The page also includes video demonstrations for each, which are the best way to see the label itself. We do not describe label designs or code formats that we have not confirmed on a unit.
Method 1: upload a photo or enter the code
This route uses the verification image on the product box. According to the page:
- Take a photo of the verification image on the product box and upload it.
- Make sure the captcha is clearly visible, because the page warns that image clarity affects the result.
- Click the verify button.
A Verification code field with a Verify button is also shown under this method.
Method 2: scratch the layer and scan the QR code
- Scratch the layer on the security code.
- Scan the QR code.
- Click verify.
This is the route people usually mean when they search for a scratch code check. The page does not say where on the pack the scratch layer is, so use the video on the official page.
If a code does not verify
The page states: products will be considered genuine only if their security code is verified by vozol.com, and products that are not verified are treated as counterfeit. If a code fails, stop using the product and keep the packaging and your order details to raise with the seller.
The store policy versus the brand check
The verification result comes from Vozol on its own site. This guide is independent and does not speak for the brand. For how vaporae.com handles authenticity on its own side, read the Authenticity Guarantee. To browse what we list, see the Vozol range or all vape brands in the UAE. Elf Bar uses a separate process, covered in our Elf Bar verification code guide.

FAQ
Where do I check a Vozol security code?
On the official Vozol verification page at vozol.com/new-version.
Do I need to scratch anything?
For Method 2 the page says to scratch the layer on the security code before scanning the QR code. Method 1 uses a photo upload or the Verification code field.
Why does the photo need to be clear?
The page warns that image clarity affects the result, and asks that the captcha be clearly visible.
Does a verified code mean the product is approved for sale in the UAE?
No. The official check only concerns whether Vozol verifies the code. It says nothing about local rules.
