How the Multi-Ohm Cartridge Works

Most pods have one fixed resistance, so changing your draw means buying a different pod. VOOPOO’s Multi-Ohm Cartridge combines three resistances in one pod. On a compatible ARGUS device you switch between them in the device menu (VOOPOO describes it as flip, double-press, then select). That means one pack covers a tight mouth-to-lung draw, a looser MTL draw and a restricted direct-lung draw, and you can change your mind without changing pods.

Because the resistance is chosen on the device, the option you pick on this page does not lock the pod to one setting; all three resistances are in every cartridge.

Which Setting Should You Use?

VOOPOO gives a maximum nicotine guide for each setting:

1.0Ω: tight MTL

The coolest, most cigarette-like draw. VOOPOO’s guide allows e-liquid up to 50mg here, but in the UAE, e-liquid is capped at 20mg/mL.

0.7Ω: loose MTL

A warmer draw with more vapour; VOOPOO suggests 30mg or less.

0.4Ω: RDL

The loosest, most vapour; VOOPOO suggests 20mg or less. Only available on the ARGUS G4 and some later devices.

Which Devices Does It Fit?

VOOPOO says the cartridge fits more than 21 devices in the ARGUS pod family, including the ARGUS G4, G4 Mini, Z3 and P3. In our range, that includes the VOOPOO ARGUS P3. On older ARGUS devices without resistance switching, the pod works but the 0.4Ω setting is not available. It does not fit the VOOPOO Drag, Vinci or VMATE ranges. Browse the full VOOPOO UAE range.

How Long Does a Cartridge Last?

A pod is finished when its coil wears out, not when the e-liquid runs out. Pod life depends on how much you vape, the setting you use and the e-liquid. Sweet dessert and candy e-liquids clog coils faster. Replace the cartridge when the flavour turns muted or burnt after a refill, the vapour thins, or it starts to leak.

How to Fill and Prime

Remove the cartridge and open the top fill port.
Fill slowly, leaving a little air space at the top, and close the port.
Wait about five minutes so the cotton fully soaks.
Fit the cartridge and select your resistance on the device.
Start at low power and raise it gradually.

Troubleshooting

Can’t select 0.4Ω: your device may not support it; VOOPOO lists it for the ARGUS G4 and some later models.
Burnt taste: lower the power and always prime a new pod.
Leaking: do not overfill, close the fill port firmly and store upright.
Not firing: reseat the pod and wipe the contacts dry.

UAE Rules for E-Liquid and Pods

These cartridges are sold empty, so the rules apply to what you fill them with. Electronic nicotine products in the UAE must meet UAE.S 5030:2018, which caps e-liquid nicotine at 20mg/mL (2%), and sale is restricted to adults 18 and over. See our guide to vaping laws in Dubai and the UAE, and browse our UAE e-liquids.
