Uwell Kalmia Key Features

Very slim

Inhale to vape; a short vibration confirms actions.

Flower-shaped LED

A decorative flower-shaped light shows the battery status.

Lip-fit mouthpiece

SourceMore lists a lip-fit drip tip for comfort.

Which Pods Fit the Kalmia?

The Kalmia uses its own Kalmia refillable pods (1.6ml, 1.2Ω). The kit includes one spare. Check with us for replacement Kalmia pods before ordering, as they are not interchangeable with Caliburn pods.

How to Use the Uwell Kalmia

1. Charge the device fully before first use.
2. Fill the pod, leaving a little space.
3. Refit the pod and wait about five minutes for the coil to soak.
4. Inhale gently to vape.
5. Recharge when the LED shows low battery.

Best E-Liquid for the Kalmia

The 1.2Ω coil at low power is made for nicotine salt e-liquid and a tight mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw. Keep the strength at or below the UAE’s 20mg/mL cap. Browse our UAE e-liquids.

Troubleshooting

• Burnt taste: the cartridge was not soaked long enough, or it ran dry. A burnt coil cannot be recovered, so fit a new cartridge and wait about five minutes after filling.
• No vapour when drawing: check the battery, make sure the cartridge is seated firmly, and wipe the contacts dry.
• Gurgling or e-liquid in the mouthpiece: the cartridge may be overfilled or the device was left in the heat. Remove the cartridge, blow gently through the mouthpiece, and store the device upright.
• Leaking: check the fill port is closed firmly and that the cartridge has no cracks.

Care Tips for the UAE Climate

Heat is hard on pod kits. Do not leave the device in a parked car or in direct sun: high temperatures thin e-liquid, which can make cartridges leak, and they are bad for lithium batteries. Wipe the cartridge contacts now and then with a dry tissue, and charge with a standard 5V charger.

Why a Refillable Kit Instead of a Disposable?

A refillable pod kit costs more at the start, but a bottle of e-liquid and a replacement pod usually cost far less per day than buying disposables. You can also choose your own flavour and nicotine strength, and you throw away a small pod instead of a whole device with a battery. For smokers switching to vaping, a tight mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw on a higher-resistance coil feels closest to a cigarette.

Buying Tips

• Check your device model before ordering; cartridges and coils are made for specific devices, and similar names are not always interchangeable.
• Order spares before you run out. A cracked cartridge or burnt coil with no spare leaves you unable to vape.
• Buy e-liquid at the same time to use one delivery and reach the free-delivery threshold of AED 350 sooner.
• Store spares cool and dry, away from direct sun.

UAE Rules for the Kalmia

The Kalmia is sold empty, with no e-liquid or nicotine included, so the rules apply to what you fill it with. Electronic nicotine products in the UAE must meet UAE.S 5030:2018, which caps e-liquid nicotine at 20mg/mL (2%). From 1 September 2026, a minimum excise price of AED 1 per mL also applies to e-liquid. Sale is restricted to adults 21 and over. See our guide to vaping laws in Dubai and the UAE.
