Uwell Caliburn Air — Specifications

Specifications as listed by SourceMore for the Caliburn Air. E-liquid is not included.

What is the Caliburn Air?

The Caliburn Air is one of the lightest and simplest devices in Uwell’s Caliburn line. It has no screen and no buttons to learn: fill the pod, click it in and draw. At around 53g it is easy to carry all day, and it takes the same GPP-family cartridges as several other Caliburn kits, so spares are easy to find. It suits smokers moving to a refillable device and anyone who wants a no-fuss backup.

Compatible Pods

GPP Alpha cartridge (included)

The kit ships with a 3ml, 0.6Ω GPP Alpha pod. Spares: Uwell GPP Alpha Pod Cartridge 3ml.

GPP and G3 cartridges

The Air also accepts Caliburn GPP and G3 cartridges, such as the Caliburn GPP 3ml pod and Caliburn G3 pods. Higher-resistance pods give a tighter MTL draw for salts; lower resistances give more vapour.

Battery Life and Charging

The 1000mAh battery charges over USB Type-C at 5V/1A. Uwell’s product information quotes up to about three days of use per charge, but real battery life depends on how often you vape and which pod you use. Avoid leaving it in a hot car in UAE summer.

Best E-Liquid for the Caliburn Air

Use a nicotine salt e-liquid with the 0.6Ω pod or a higher-resistance pod. In the UAE, choose a strength at or below 20mg/mL, such as VOZOL Salt Prime 20mg. Browse all e-liquids.

Who the Caliburn Air Suits

The Caliburn Air is a good fit if you are moving from disposables to a refillable device and want something that feels just as simple: no menus, no wattage to set and a draw that fires as soon as you inhale. It also suits experienced vapers who want a light second device for work, travel or the gym, while keeping the same GPP-family pods they already use in another Caliburn. If you want a screen, adjustable airflow or a bigger battery for heavy all-day use, look at the Caliburn G5 or G5 Lite instead. Because the kit comes with one pod, it is worth ordering a spare pack of GPP Alpha cartridges at the same time so you can swap flavours or replace a worn pod without waiting.

UAE Rules for Pod Kits and E-Liquid

The Caliburn Air is sold without e-liquid, so it contains no nicotine itself; the rules apply to what you fill it with. Electronic nicotine products in the UAE must meet UAE.S 5030:2018, which caps e-liquid nicotine at 20mg/mL (2%). From 1 September 2026, a minimum excise price of AED 1 per mL also applies to e-liquid. Sale is restricted to adults 21 and over. See our guide to vaping laws in Dubai and the UAE.

Caliburn Air vs Other Caliburn Kits

The Air is the lightest option; the G5 Lite offers a bigger battery at the same price, and the G5 adds a screen and adjustable airflow. See the full Uwell UAE range.

How to Use the Caliburn Air

1. Charge the device over USB Type-C before first use.
2. Open the side-fill plug on the pod and fill with e-liquid.
3. Close the plug and wait about five minutes for the coil to soak.
4. Click the pod in and draw gently; it fires automatically.
5. Replace the pod when the flavour turns muted or burnt.

Troubleshooting

• Burnt first puff: the pod was not primed; wait a few minutes after filling.
• No vapour: charge the device and check the pod is seated properly.
• Leaking: do not overfill and close the fill plug firmly.
• Harsh hit: lower the nicotine strength.
