Troubleshooting

Burnt taste: the cartridge was not soaked long enough, or it ran dry. A burnt coil cannot be recovered, so fit a new cartridge and wait about five minutes after filling.
No vapour when drawing: check the battery, make sure the cartridge is seated firmly, and wipe the contacts dry.
Gurgling or e-liquid in the mouthpiece: the cartridge may be overfilled or the device was left in the heat. Remove the cartridge, blow gently through the mouthpiece, and store the device upright.
Leaking: check the fill port is closed firmly and that the cartridge has no cracks.

Care Tips for the UAE Climate
