Delivery by emirate

Cancelling or changing an order

Orders in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman move quickly toward dispatch given the short delivery windows, so there’s a narrower practical window to make a change than with courier-served zones, where next-day dispatch gives more room. Once an order has already been dispatched for delivery, it generally can’t be recalled or redirected mid-route, so the earlier you flag a needed change, the more likely it can be accommodated.

How our delivery process works

Once an order is placed, it’s prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment point the same day for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman orders placed within our operating hours (10am-11pm), which is what makes the roughly 2-hour Dubai window and same-day Sharjah/Ajman window possible. Orders to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain are handed to our courier partner, who delivers within 24 hours on the schedule described above. An order confirmation is sent once your order is placed, and you’ll be contacted directly if there’s any issue with an item’s availability before dispatch — we don’t substitute a different product without confirming with you first.

Age verification

Sale of vaping products in the UAE is restricted to adults 18 and over — this is the UAE’s stated age line for vape and tobacco products, not 21. When you order, you’re confirming you’re 18 or older, and age verification may also be checked at the point of delivery. This age restriction applies to every order regardless of payment method or delivery zone — it isn’t something that can be waived for cash-on-delivery orders or any other checkout option. What if you’re not home for delivery

Because age verification may happen at the door, a disposable vape order generally can’t be left with a neighbour, building security, or in a safe drop location the way an ordinary parcel might be — someone who can confirm they’re 18 or older typically needs to be present to receive it. Payment method depends on which zone you’re ordering to, not a site-wide default. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman — our own-delivery zones — accept cash, card, or bank transfer. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain are served by courier and are Cash on Delivery only for those zones. Card payments in our own-delivery zones are taken at the point of delivery via a portable card reader, not in advance online, and bank transfer orders are confirmed once payment clears, which can add a short delay to dispatch compared with cash or card. If you need an order dispatched urgently, cash or card at the door is the fastest option in the zones where both are available.

Discreet packaging

Orders are packaged in plain, unbranded boxes or bags that don’t advertise the contents to anyone else who might see the parcel — a courier, a building’s reception desk, or a neighbour who happens to be nearby at the time.
