The VOOPOO Argus Snap Pod Cartridge is a refillable 2ml pod with a snap-open, clamshell top fill and a built-in coil in 0.4Ω or 0.7Ω. Despite the name, it is not tied to one device: VOOPOO lists it for more than 15 ARGUS models, including the P1S, P2, P3, G2, G3, Matrix, Z and Z2. It costs AED 35 at Vapor AE, with 24-hour delivery to all seven emirates.

0.4Ω vs 0.7Ω: Which Snap Pod Should You Choose?

0.7Ω (14–20W)

The 0.7Ω pod gives a tighter mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw at lower power. It is the best match for nicotine salts, it is easy on the battery, and it suits most people moving from cigarettes. If you are unsure, start here.

0.4Ω (20–30W)

The 0.4Ω pod runs hotter at 20–30W for a looser restricted direct-lung (RDL) draw with more vapour. Use it with a lower-strength e-liquid, because more vapour means more nicotine per puff. Your ARGUS kit needs to reach at least 20W to run it properly.

Which ARGUS Kits Does the Snap Pod Fit?

VOOPOO lists the Snap cartridge for ARGUS P1, P1S, P2 and P3; G2, G2 Mini, G3 and G3 Mini; ARGUS Pod and Pod SE; and the Klyc, Matrix, A, Z and Z2, among others. From our range, that includes:

ARGUS P1S, ARGUS P2 and ARGUS P3
ARGUS G2, G2 Mini, G3 and G3 Mini
ARGUS Matrix, ARGUS A, ARGUS Z and ARGUS Z2

Some lower-power ARGUS kits, such as the Z, may not reach the 20W the 0.4Ω pod needs; use the 0.7Ω pod on those. If your ARGUS model is not listed, check its product page or contact us before ordering.

How the Snap Fill Works

Instead of a rubber stopper, the Snap pod has a mouthpiece that snaps open like a clamshell to reveal the fill hole. It is quicker and cleaner than prying out a small plug, and there is no stopper to lose or wear out.

Pull the pod out of your ARGUS device.
Snap open the mouthpiece to expose the fill port.
Fill slowly, stopping just below the top, and snap it shut.
With a new pod, wait about five minutes so the coil’s cotton soaks through.
Click the pod back in and start at the low end of the coil’s wattage range.

How Long Does a Snap Pod Last?

The coil is built in, so the pod is finished when the coil wears out rather than when the e-liquid runs out. That depends on your wattage, how much you vape and the e-liquid; very sweet flavours coat the coil faster. Replace the pod when the flavour turns muted or burnt after a refill, or when it starts to leak or gurgle.

Best E-Liquid for Argus Snap Pods

With the 0.7Ω pod, use a nicotine salt or thin 50/50 e-liquid. With the 0.4Ω pod, a lower-strength freebase or salt is smoother. The pod contains no nicotine itself. Under UAE.S 5030:2018, e-liquid nicotine in the UAE is capped at 20mg/mL (2%). Some e-liquids on the market are stronger, and each of our product pages states the strength. Browse our UAE e-liquids.

FAQ

Which devices do Argus Snap pods fit?
VOOPOO lists more than 15 ARGUS models, including the P1, P1S, P2, P3, G2, G2 Mini, G3, G3 Mini, Pod, Pod SE, Klyc, Matrix, A, Z and Z2.

Is there a device called the Argus Snap?
“Snap” refers to the pod’s snap-open fill, not a separate device. The pod is made for the ARGUS family.

Should I choose 0.4Ω or 0.7Ω?
0.7Ω (14–20W) for a tighter MTL draw with salts; 0.4Ω (20–30W) for a looser draw with more vapour.

How much e-liquid does it hold?
2ml.

Can I change just the coil?
No. The coil is built into the pod.

Why does my new pod taste burnt?
Usually because it was not primed. Fill it and wait about five minutes before the first puff.
