What is the HoQa?

The HoQa is HOK Clouds’ take on a disposable shisha. It holds 50ml of e-liquid, far more than a standard disposable, and uses a low 5mg/mL nicotine strength so you can take long, deep shisha-style pulls. There is no charcoal, no preheating and no cleaning: it fires on draw straight out of the box. The adjustable airflow lets you move from a tighter mouth-to-lung draw to an open direct-to-lung pull, and the 0.5Ω mesh coil is built for dense vapour.

How Long Do 80,000 Puffs Last?

HOK Clouds rates the HoQa at up to 80,000 “equivalent puffs” under laboratory conditions and gives a real-world figure of 4 to 6 days of average use. That real-world figure is the more useful one: shisha-style pulls are long and deep, so they use far more e-liquid per puff than a machine test. Our guide to how long disposable vape puffs really last explains the difference.

Is the HoQa Within UAE Nicotine Rules?

Electronic nicotine products in the UAE must meet UAE.S 5030:2018, which caps e-liquid nicotine at 20mg/mL (2%). The HoQa is 5mg/mL (0.5%), well within that limit. From 1 September 2026, a minimum excise price of AED 1 per mL of e-liquid also applies to vape products in the UAE. Sale is restricted to adults 21 and over. See our guide to vaping laws in Dubai and the UAE.

HoQa vs Other Shisha-Style Disposables

The HoQa stands out for its 50ml fill and a published real-world usage figure. Browse all disposable vapes for more.

How to Use the HoQa

1. Remove all packaging and any seal on the mouthpiece.
2. Set the airflow: tighter for MTL, fully open for a shisha-style DTL pull.
3. Draw slowly; it fires on draw with no preheating.
4. Charge with a USB Type-C cable when the battery runs low; a full charge takes about an hour.
5. When the e-liquid runs out, stop using it and dispose of it responsibly.

HoQa Troubleshooting

• Burnt taste: very long continuous pulls can outpace the wick. Pause between puffs. A burnt taste that stays means the e-liquid is finished.
• No vapour: charge the battery and check all seals are removed.
• Too airy or too tight: adjust the airflow control.
• Gurgling: store it upright and out of direct sun.
